All your tickets in one panel, and a redesigned dashboard
Each ticket department used to post its own message. Now you can put them together in
a single panel with one button per department: Support, Purchases, Appeals… Each button opens its ticket in its own category, handled by its own team.
Setup takes three steps, with a live preview alongside: how people open tickets, which departments there are and in what order, and how the panel looks. If you change it and publish again, the existing message is edited instead of leaving two.
The web dashboard has a new look too: an icon menu that folds away to give you more room, and every section uses the whole screen, with related settings placed side by side.
Also: anyone with the Administrator permission on their server can now configure it from the dashboard, and if the welcome channel is deleted or the bot loses permission to post there, it tells you in your log channel instead of failing silently. Multiple ticket departments are premium; the free plan includes one.

A question, something that isn’t working, or an idea? Send Kirno a direct message and it goes straight to the team. The reply comes back in that same DM, from the bot itself, even if you block messages from strangers.

Your brand across the whole bot
Server identity: one colour, logo and footer applied at once to welcomes, goodbyes, level-ups, polls and starboard posts. One switch, and everything carries your look.
A welcome card your way: with your own background photo, confetti and any text colour you like. Edited and deleted messages in your log channel, showing what they said. And settings backup: download one server’s settings and apply them to another.

Birthdays and invites
Birthdays: post a panel with a button and everyone enters their date in a private form, without typing it in front of the whole channel. On the day, the bot wishes them happy birthday and, if you like, gives them a role that removes itself the next day.
Invites: it knows who brought each person in and posts a leaderboard of who brings the most people. It needs the “Manage Server” permission, which is what lets it read invites.

Polls, starboard and join roles
Polls from the dashboard: write the question, pick the channel and send it. With buttons instead of reactions, so the count is exact and people can change their vote — and if you give it a duration, it closes itself and announces the winner.
Starboard: messages that get the reactions you set are saved automatically to a channel, with a link to the original. It recycles the good stuff already said instead of asking for new content, which is the hardest thing in a small server.
Join roles: the ones you choose are given automatically, without anyone keeping an eye on it. And if you have Discord’s rules screening turned on, it waits until they accept — which is exactly where this breaks in other bots.

Subscribe on your Twitch, get the role here
When someone subscribes to your channel, Kirno gives them the role you picked on your Discord — a different one per tier if you like. And when the subscription expires, it removes it automatically, so the role keeps showing who is actually subscribed, not who once was.
It works the other way round too: if someone was already subscribed and links their account later, they get the role right then instead of waiting to renew.

Watching your Twitch stream levels people up on your Discord
Kirno and the Twitch bot now talk to each other. Anyone watching your stream earns XP on your server while they watch, without opening Discord or typing anything — and once they reach the hours you set, they get a veteran role.
Each person links their two accounts just once: /vincular on Discord and the code in your Twitch chat. No passwords, no permissions, no weird steps.
It’s what keeps your server alive between streams: the time people spend with you on one platform counts on the other.
