Terms of Service

By adding Kirno Bot (the "Bot") to a Discord server, using its commands, or entering the web panel at panel.kirno.es (the "Panel"), you accept these terms.

1. What the service is

The Bot provides moderation, levels, support tickets, and an economy and game system (KirnoCoins, casino, mining, fishing) inside Discord servers, together with a web panel to configure it. Some features are free and some require a paid premium subscription.

2. Permitted use

You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and its community guidelines at all times
The Bot may not be used to harass, spam, or harm other users or servers
You may not attempt to exploit bugs in the Bot to obtain KirnoCoins, items or tools improperly
The Bot may not be used for activities that are illegal under the law that applies to you

3. KirnoCoins and virtual items

KirnoCoins, items, tools and everything else inside the game (mining, fishing, casino) have no real monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable outside the Bot
We do not guarantee any specific prize odds in the casino or the RPG beyond what the game itself states
We may adjust the game balance (amounts, odds, prices) at any time without prior notice
If your account is banned or the Bot is removed from a server, you may lose the progress saved there (balance, inventory, level)

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium is managed per Discord account, not per server: depending on the plan, your premium can be applied to 1, 3 or 5 servers at a time
Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe (whichever method you choose when buying), renewing automatically according to the plan cycle (weekly, monthly or yearly) until you cancel
You can cancel the renewal at any time: from your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal, or with the "Manage subscription" button in the Panel if you paid with Stripe; in both cases you keep premium access until the end of the period already paid for
As this is neither a physical good nor a fixed-term service consumed in one go, payments already made are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise
We may change what premium includes, or its price, giving reasonable notice of price changes for subscriptions that are already active

5. Referral programme: tokens

Every account has its own referral link; when someone enters the Panel for the first time using that link, whoever shared it earns tokens instantly
Tokens have no real monetary value nor are they transferable between accounts: they can only be redeemed for percentage discount codes when buying premium. They are separate from the commissions in section 6, which are actual money
You may not refer yourself, or use fake or duplicate accounts to generate artificial referrals; if we detect abuse we may void the tokens obtained that way or restrict the account
Each discount code generated is single-use and non-transferable, and applies only to the first payment of the subscription it is entered on
We may change at any time how many tokens each referral gives, or how many are needed for each discount

6. Referral commissions

In addition to tokens, if someone who signed up with your link takes out a premium subscription, you earn a cash commission on what they pay.

How much: the 10% of every payment they make, both on the first charge and on every later renewal, for as long as they stay subscribed. As it is calculated on each charge and not per month, on a weekly plan it is generated every week, on a monthly one every month and on a yearly one once a year
When it can be used: each commission is held for 30 days from the payment that generated it, and only then becomes available
Payout: from €25 available you can request payment to your PayPal account. Payments are reviewed and sent manually, so they may take a few days; the requested amount is reserved from the moment you ask for it
Refunds and chargebacks: if the payment that generated a commission is refunded or disputed, that commission is voided. If it had already been paid out, the amount is deducted from future commissions on that same account
Abuse: commissions may not be generated by referring yourself, or with fake, duplicate or purchased accounts, or through spam or misleading advertising. If we detect abuse we may void the affected commissions, deny pending payouts and restrict the account
Taxes: commissions are income for whoever receives them. Each person is responsible for declaring them and meeting their tax obligations according to their country and situation; we may request the necessary documentation before making a payment
Changes: we may modify the percentage, the holding period or the minimum payout with reasonable notice, and suspend the programme. Commissions already generated and available are not affected by a later change

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Bot available, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions, errors, or data loss. The Bot is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of in-game progress arising from the use (or inability to use) the Bot.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove the Bot from a server, or restrict a particular account’s access, if we detect abuse, exploitation of bugs, or breach of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Bot evolves. If you keep using it after a change, you are understood to accept it.
