This policy explains what data Kirno Bot (the "Bot", "we") collects when you use the bot on Discord or its web panel at panel.kirno.es (the "Panel"), what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.
We only store what the bot’s features need to work. Specifically:

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. It is only shared with:
While the bot stays in your server and your account exists, it is kept so that progress (levels, balance, inventory...) is not lost. If the bot is removed from a server, its settings data stops being used but may remain in the database in case the server adds the bot again later.
You can ask at any time for us to delete your data (balance, inventory, moderation history linked to you, etc.) by opening a support ticket from the Panel, in the relevant section. Note that some moderation data may be kept if it is needed for the proper running of the server where it was generated.
The Bot follows the same age requirements as Discord: it is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe someone below that age has given us data, contact us so we can delete it.
The Panel uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in after signing in with Discord. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
If we change anything important, we will reflect it by updating the date above. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
