Support tickets on Discord, with one button per department

People open a ticket with a button, a private channel is created for that conversation and your team handles it. When it’s closed, the conversation is saved.

What it does

What every ticket includes.

One panel, several departments

Up to 25 buttons in a single message, or one panel per department in its own channel. Publishing it again edits the existing message.

A private channel per ticket

Only the person who opened it and your support team can see it, in the department’s category. The support role is mentioned when it opens.

Priority and assignment

A button to claim the ticket and a low, normal or high priority menu. You can also add someone else to the conversation.

Auto-close when inactive

Each department can automatically close tickets that have been inactive for the number of hours you set.

Transcript and rating

On closing, the conversation is saved, up to 1000 messages, and a 1 to 5 star rating is requested by direct message.

Archive and history

A summary of every closed ticket with its transcript in the channel you choose, and a filterable history in the web panel.

Questions before opening

A form that’s filled in when the button is pressed, with short or long answers and required or optional questions. The answers show up in the ticket as soon as it opens, so your team doesn’t have to ask the usual things. Free, 1 question; with premium, up to 5.

Team stats Premium

With /tickets estadisticas or in the panel, for the last 7 or 30 days: tickets opened and closed, average time to first reply and to closing, average rating and what each team member has handled.

Closing on no reply Premium

If your team has replied and the person who opened the ticket doesn’t answer, Kirno reminds them after the hours you set and, if they still don’t reply, closes it.

Free and premium

What each plan includes.

Free

  • 1 department with its own category, support role and message
  • A panel with your own title, text, colour and button
  • Priority, assignment and adding people
  • Auto-close when inactive and a ticket limit per person
  • Transcripts, ratings, archive and history
  • 1 question before the ticket opens

With premium

  • Unlimited departments, each with its own category, team and message
  • Up to 5 questions before the ticket opens
  • Support team stats, for 7 or 30 days
  • Reminders and closing for tickets left without a reply

If you lose premium, the first department you created keeps working and the rest are paused, not deleted. Same with the questions: the first one stays and the others wait.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask.

How many ticket systems can I have for free?

One: a department with everything else included, like priority, assignment, auto-close, transcripts and ratings. With premium, as many as you want.

Who can see a ticket?

The person who opened it, the department’s support role and the roles with access to its category. The rest of the server can’t see it.

Is the conversation saved when it’s closed?

Yes. The transcript is saved, up to 1000 messages, and you can view it in the panel even if the channel no longer exists. If you choose an archive channel, it’s posted there too.

Can the person who opened the ticket close it?

No: it’s closed by the support team, administrators or anyone with the manage messages permission. The person who opened it can add someone else, though.

Can I ask questions before the ticket opens?

Yes. Pressing the button opens a form with your questions, with short or long answers, and the answers show up in the ticket. For free you can add 1 question; with premium, up to 5, which is the most Discord allows.

What support team stats does it give?

With premium, for the last 7 or 30 days: tickets opened and closed, how many are open right now, the average time to first reply and to closing, the average rating and, for each team member, how many tickets they claimed, replied to first and closed.
