Your Twitch and your Discord, one community

Kirno has one bot in your Twitch chat and another on your Discord server, and we build both. That’s why together they can do what a bot living on just one side can’t: what happens on your stream reaches your server right away, and what your people do in chat counts on your Discord.

The Twitch bot is free · On Discord, so are the basics

The two halves

A bot on each side, talking to each other.

A bot that only lives on Discord can’t see your Twitch chat: it doesn’t know who’s talking, who clips something or who arrives in a raid. Kirno’s Twitch bot sees it all and tells your server.

From the stream to your server

Your stream, told on Discord.

Instant alert

When you start, the Twitch bot tells Kirno right away and your stream alert goes out without waiting for the 2-minute check. And it’s never posted twice.

Clips in a channel

Clips made with !clip and every other clip from the stream, up to half an hour after it ends, land in the channel you choose on their own, with no repeats. Up to 5 a day free and 50 with premium.

A recap with chat data

When it ends, a recap in the channel you choose: duration, peak viewers, chat messages, how many people talked, new followers, raids and clips. With premium it adds who talked the most, who the raids came from and the video.

Your Twitch schedule, as events

If you have a schedule on Twitch, Kirno creates the server events, updates them if you change it and removes them if you cancel. Free, the next stream; with premium, every stream of the week. In chat, !horario says when the next one is.

One economy

What’s earned on Twitch counts on Discord.

Accounts linked with a code

Each person links their Twitch and Discord once: /vincular on Discord and !vincular with the code in your chat. No passwords or permissions.

Coins and XP for watching

You choose how much XP and how many coins from your economy each minute watched is worth. Plus a veteran role once people reach the hours you set.

Chat games with prizes

Whoever wins a duel, a trivia round or guesses the number gets coins and XP on your Discord, with a daily cap per person that you choose. Plus Russian roulette for a laugh.

Your Discord, from chat

!monedas and !nivel tell people in Twitch chat what they have on your server, and !discord gives an invite to your server.

Subscriber role

One role per subscription tier, given on subscribing and removed on its own when it expires.

Announced giveaways

When a stream giveaway has a winner, it’s posted on your Discord too, with a mention if their account is linked.

Two chats, one team

Your Twitch chat, on Discord too.

Mirrored chat Premium

Your Twitch chat in a Discord channel, grouped every few seconds, with an icon for the streamer, moderators, VIPs and subs. Both ways, what’s written in that channel shows up on Twitch with the writer’s name: only linked accounts or the role you choose, with a per-person cooldown and your word filter.

Twitch moderation log

Deletions, timeouts and bans in Twitch chat, in your Discord log channel. What the bot does and, if you like, what the channel’s moderators do too.

The Twitch bot

And in your Twitch chat, for free.

Moderation that escalates

The first offence is a warning, the second a short timeout and the next ones a long one, and they’re forgotten over time. You choose how long each step lasts.

Spam filter

It catches messages from bots selling followers or viewers and shortened links, without touching subs or VIPs.

Hostile raid shield

If you turn it on and a raid comes from a brand-new channel, or a wave of people chatting for the first time arrives, it closes chat for a few minutes and then puts it back the way it was.

OBS overlays

Channel diagnostics

The panel checks whether the bot is in your chat, whether it’s a moderator, whether your authorisation is still valid and whether the Twitch events are registered. Almost everything is fixed with one button.

The twitch.kirno.es panel is in Spanish and English, and the bot replies in chat in your channel’s language.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask.

Do I need to use both bots?

For almost everything, yes: you add the Twitch bot at twitch.kirno.es, Kirno to your Discord server, and type your Twitch channel in Kirno’s panel. Stream alerts and the schedule work with Kirno alone; the instant alert, clips, the recap with chat data, games, coins and mirrored chat need the Twitch bot.

What’s free and what’s premium?

Everything the bot does inside Twitch is free, and so are the basics on Discord. Kirno premium, which is per server, adds mirrored chat, 50 clips a day instead of 5, every stream of the week as events instead of just the next one, and the extended recap with who talked the most, the raids and the video.

Can people abuse the coins or XP from chat?

Only linked accounts that are on your server earn anything. What’s won from chat games and rewards has a daily cap per person that you choose, and if your economy is turned off no coins are given.

Can mirrored chat flood my Discord or my Twitch with spam?

Towards Discord, chat arrives grouped every few seconds, with no mentions, and anything Twitch moderation deletes doesn’t get through. Towards Twitch, only linked accounts or the role you choose can write, with a per-person cooldown and your word filter, and only if the streamer allows it at twitch.kirno.es.

What does the hostile raid shield do?

If you turn it on, when a raid comes from a channel created a few days ago, or a wave of people chatting for the first time arrives, the bot puts chat in followers-only mode, emote-only mode or both for a few minutes, and then puts it back the way it was.

Do I have to make the Twitch bot a moderator?

Yes. Without moderator it can’t delete messages, time people out, count watch time or write when chat is in followers-only mode. The diagnostics in the twitch.kirno.es panel check this and fix it with one button.

What language does the Twitch bot speak?

The twitch.kirno.es panel is in Spanish and English, and the bot replies in chat in your channel’s language.
